remove linux
 
hi,

I want to remove my opensuse 11.00 completely to shift to other versions.

Please let me know how I can remove linux completely.

just install a new version over it

All you have to do is install a different version of Linux---tell the installer to use the same partition where SUSE is now.

For better help, give us the complete configuration of the computer.

Regarding the configuration of my system, I have:

Intel core(TM)2 Quad CPU 2.4GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
Hard: 160 GB I have 50GB for my linux.

First, I want to learn to remove linux completely.

Second, I want to know how to install a new version of linux when I do not need my previous data and I want to remove them all. (because by installing the new version the previous data is not removed.)

And again: you don't need to "remove" anything. Just install the new one,
if you're really keen change the partitioning on install, otherwise just
format the disk with the new install.
