Install Sysinternals Psshutdown (cmdline tool). If you have restrictive firewalls or won't allow most M$RPC traffic to Wintendo boxen install OpenSSH for Windows, log in and shutdown or try adding command to "ssh -c". Another way could be to install TightVNC server on Wintendo and connect with vncviewer or use HTTP VNC applet.

I running "ssh user@host" and getting this:
"Permission denied, please try again."

I created one "user" on remote computer with password but I cannot connect?
How to configure autorithation rulls on remote computer and local?

local=linux(mandriva 10.1)
remote=windows(xp)

It was generated some key files when I installed OpenSSH and Cygwin on windows.

EDIT: I reinstalled OpenSSH with right username to get right key. But I still cannot connect and getting one new message "Permission denied (publickey,password,keyboard-interactive)";
What should I do?

If you installed OpenSSH from the location I pointed you to, did you do the post-install tasks like mangling group and passwd?

"Permission denied, please try again."
Run "ssh -v -v -v user@host" to get maximal loggable output and check the eventlog on the serverside for clues.
