Well, if you've had a connection one way, then the network thing might not be your problem.

Then what you think,where I creating mistake ? Both virtual networks are working properly,one way connection happening, then what is actual problem ?

You are running at least the Pro version of Windows, have turned on remote desktop access, and have added an exception to the Windows firewall to allow remote desktop connections, correct?
