Regarding Slackware


I just wanted to know if I download slackware can I use it from the CD or do I have to install it fist. Thanks Mike

Slackware must be installed. However, there are live distros that are based on Slackware. Slax is one of the live CD distros. Frozen Tech's LiveCD List has tons of different live CD distros. Take a look at some of them and see if they fit your needs.
