Unhappy regarding phpMyAdmin

hi i'm new for Centos 6.6 and i would like to install phpMyAdmin using yum -y install phpMyAdmin, but i get this problem

--> Processing Conflict: php56w-common-5.6.12-1.w6.x86_64 conflicts php-common < 5.5.0
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: php56w-common conflicts with php-common-5.3.3-46.el6_6.x86_64

how i want to remove existing phpMyAdmin?
and i already use yum -y remove phpMyAdmin it show:-
Package(s) phpMyAdmin available, but not installed.
No Packages marked for removal

No Packages marked for removal
Code:
yum remove php-common
That would remove quite a few packages related to php-common, including the version of phpMyAdmin
Now, install php and phpMyAdmin again
Code:
yum install phpMyAdmin
