reg. vfs_read() call

Hi,

I am trying to copy a file in my module (within the kernel space).

I have stored a file in "/etc/file1.conf"

For which i am using the following calls:

fd = filp_open("/etc/file1.conf",0,0);
vfs_read(filp,LocalBuf,Size,&Pos)

But i am filed to read the file contents.

Can anybody please give some suggestions on this.

Thanks in advance.
