Redhat Webcam

Hello,

i am new to linux and have been able to installed the Redhat 9 server and configure squid on it. But all the client systems are not able to view or allow others to view the Webcam. How can i allow the Redhat 9 server ( connect to the internet as proxy for the network) to allow this.
