Redhat Linux Installation problem

I am facing problem in installing redhat linux 9 in Sata Hard Disk.

RH9 is an ancient version: most likely SATA disks were not fully supported, yet. If you want a recent Red-Hat like distribution, use CentOS 5.3. Note that CentOS is Red Hat with the original logo removed.

Is there not any copyright issue with REDHAT LINUX?
By removing Logo someone can develop new distrubution of linux?
Is CentOS Provide all the feature like Server Configration(Samba,NFS,Syslog,FTP,Web,Virtual Host,DHCP,DNS,X Windows System)

Please Clarify my doubts.

Well, I think people at CentOS have already dealt with copyright issues! The Red Hat logo is Trademark or something, so they must remove it. Anyway, CentOS is built from publicly available open source SRPMS. Regarding the features you've listed, yes: CentOS provides them all.

Also take in mind the CentOS is fully updated: every time Red Hat releases a package update, it will be available for CentOS in the next 24-hours!
