Typing "how to set up a red hat kickstart server" into Google pulls this up as the very first hit:
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...ickstart2.html

...from Red Hat's website. Complete documentation and sample files. Did you try to look this up? We will be happy to help you with specific problems, but please don't ask people to look things up for you.

I already did a research. I specifically need to find answers for a few questions which I cannot find on the web.
Is there a command to create the ks file on the kickstart server.
How do we install Redhat OS on a bare client machine through network.(On internet all I can find is installing packages through network and not a fresh OS installtion)

If you read the guide that you were given, you'd see the answers. Did you?? It tells you how to create the kickstart file (section 31.3), and even tells you which utility to run to help you generate it. Follow a link there, and you'll see VERY detailed instructions:
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...kickstart.html

...and how you make it run over a network:
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...talls-x86.html

Those instructions mention needing either NFS or HTTP running on the kickstart server, and if you want to boot TOTALLY over the network, you'll need to enable network booting on the 'blank' system, and have PXE booting enabled/configured either on the kickstart server, or on another server which references the kickstart server.

The best option would be for you to call Red Hat support. These are ALL questions they can answer, and since you're using RHEL, you are PAYING for support.
