If you read the guide that you were given, you'd see the answers. Did you?? It tells you how to create the kickstart file (section 31.3), and even tells you which utility to run to help you generate it. Follow a link there, and you'll see VERY detailed instructions:

Those instructions mention needing either NFS or HTTP running on the kickstart server, and if you want to boot TOTALLY over the network, you'll need to enable network booting on the 'blank' system, and have PXE booting enabled/configured either on the kickstart server, or on another server which references the kickstart server.
The best option would be for you to call Red Hat support
. These are ALL questions they can answer, and since you're using RHEL, you are PAYING for support.
