Red face redhat-config-httpd


I am a very linux newbie. I installed redhat enterprise 5 on my machine and tried to configure httpd. Please someone help me download and install redhat-config-httpd.

Do you have a subscription for RH? If so, call their support line.

Then I'd suggest you convert to CentOS, which is the community version of RHEL and will give you updates, access to repositories via yum, etc.

See http://www.unixmen.com/linux-tutoria...-5-to-centos-5 for example.

You can then simply use

yum install system-config-httpd

to install. You won't find a huge amount of sympathy here for using an unsupported version of RHEL
