redhat 8 install woes

Hey everyone,

I am extremely interested in getting Linux up and running, but I can't seem to get past the install. I copied the boot.img file from a redhat mirror and used rawrite to put that on a boot disk (my bios does not allow booting from a cdrom)..put that in and got the redhat 8.0 install screen..i push enter to get into the graphical installer and once i get to where are the redhat files choice i put cdrom.

I have burned all 5 psyche-i386-disk(x).iso files on to 5 seperate cds but once i put the cd in and choose CDROM it says: the red hat linux cd was not found in any of your cdrom drives. Please insert the RedHat Linux CD and press OK to retry..

ANY SUGGESTIONS? I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Thanks!

Don't bump threads! Anyway, you probably burned the iso images incorrectly. Go to www.linuxiso.org and read the docs on buring iso images. They are not burned the same way as regular data.
