Redhat 8.0 Webmin 1.100 Problem

I am trying to install webmin 1.100 on Redhat 8.0. I am using the command rpm -U webmin-1.100-1.noarch.rpm. This command complains about a bad signature key. On the webmin site FAQ, it states that this is a Redhat 8.0 and offers two workarounds. One is to import the correct key and the other is to run the command without checking for the key. I have tried both and still get the same problem i.e. bad key. Has anyone alse ran into this problem and if so can you suggest a solution.
