redhat 8.0 can not boot at Dell Optiplex Gx270

I have been trying to install Redhat 8.0 on a Dell Optiplex Gx270. The installation is smooth without any problem. At last I click "Exit" to reboot the system. The sytem just can not boot. It just display some information and hang there forever. The following is what appeared on the screen. Would you please give me some hint since I am new to linux. Thanks. I had the same prob. with RH9. Try switching the boot order of your drives in the BIOS menu. This fixes a lot of problems with linux not booting up.

The root of the problem
Thanks for all kind help. We found that the machine comes with Serial ATA hard drive which is not recognizable for redhat systems before Fedora. We change change to another parallel ATA hard drive.
