Redhat 7.2 Install problems

I am a newbie to Linux, I recently purchases a copy of Redhat 7.2 and tried to install on a old system, so I could get familiar with Linux. When running the install, it gets to the point where it starts to copy packages, and once 7 packages in, it terminates the install with no error, just says terminated then ejects the CD and tells me to reboot my computer. Looks like it terminates when trying to copy package glibc-2.2.4-1.3, at least I think that is the name, it flashes so fast then goes away. Do I have a bad install CD or is there something I can do to skip this file and continue the install? Any help is appreciated.

how much disk space and RAM do you have?
Linux will should tell you if you dont have enough of either.

Disk space is 4 gig, I let it do the partitioning. And 128mb RAM.

Also, I tried to do the install a 3rd time and it got passed the glibc-2.2.4-13 and terminated on a file farther down.
