Red Hat Linux 4 SE using hugemem kernel?

Hi Guys,
Am new to Red Hat LInux. We have RHEL 4 ES with kernel 2.6.9-67.ELsmp. For now the maximum memory that we can use is 16gb and rhel only read 14gb+. Ive done some research about to maximize the memory like up to 64gb using hugemem kernel. But i cant find a direct solution or thread that points me about my issue. Hoping you could help me pointing out the guide if possible the procedure on how to upgrade the kernel or is it possible using hugemem kernel to maximize the mmory of my machine up to 64gb?, what kernel do I use, where to download something like that.

Hope you could help me.
Thank you in advance.
