Red Hat Directory Server - Global Unique Identifier?

Hello-

I'm using a Red Hat LDAP Directory and am trying to identify the global unique identifier attribute (different from DN) that is internally created for each entry during creation, and referenced by the directory to ensure database integrity throughout the entries lifecycle. I know that Active Directory refers to this attribute as GUID but I'm having trouble finding the equivalent in Red Hat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Also consider posting specifically to Red Hat or CentOS help forums.
