Red Hat/Debian Linux Installers on the net

hi everyone.

im a newbie, i just want to know where could i download
free installers for Red Hat or Debian Linux for that matter.
the newer the version the better. Is there free linux software
there on the net like this one, that is without limit for number of
days of use?

Although i have one installed in our office but i don't have
the installers anymore.
