Red Hat 7 support USB?

Hello

I have installed Linux(Red Hat 7.0) 2 weeks ago.
Today I tried to get some files from my USB-stick on my PC but
the PC did not recognize my USB-stick(Kingston traveller 2.0 256Mb)
Is this because Linux redhat7.0 does not support USB or something like that.
Or does it support USB and do I have to open it manually.
If it does support, please tell me how to open my files from my USB stick.
Is there something as a {My Computer} as there is on microsoft-windows?
I do not have any experience with linux
and I hope you can help me,
thanks

Red Hat 7.0 is very very old. Red Hat discontinued the OS after 9.0 and went onto Fedora and their enterprise editions. I believe that 7.0 also predates USB.

My advice is to get a newer distro.
