It should be no problem to find a download site if you type in the right search words in google. "download red hat 9" MIGHT work.
A good source for Linux ISOs is: linuxiso.org: http://www.linuxiso.org/distro.php?distro=7

These versions of RedHat that you're refering to have been obsolete many years ago. Install something newer, like Fedora Core.

You can find the RHL9 iso’s on the RedHat ftp site: ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/iso/i386/

They have the final updates, too: ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linu.../9/en/os/i386/

The download might be a bit slow.

But like spooon said, you should consider using something a bit more up to date.
