Red Flag

Can someone please tell me whether there is an ENGLISHversion of Red Flag Linux available or not. If yes, how can I get it?
Also tell me the licensing policy of Red Flag.

Well, since Red Flag was released specifically to be used in China, I would think that there is no English version of this. You could try grabbing it and installing the English locales to it. I believe it is fully GPL'd.
