Red face Recover Formateed File from CentOS


Hello world


i have a CentOS System,5.5 version i wrongly Formatted a 60 Gb files from my Centos system when i installing grub installation, anybody can teach me how to recover those files by using rescue mode, is there any way..please give the step by stem answer bcoz of iam a new in CentOS
