recover fat partition formatted with ext3 by error

Hi,

I have installed suse 9.3 on my system and I have formatted by error a fat partition with ext3.
This newly formatted ext3 filesystem has not been written with data. Suse root fs is on an other ext3 filesysem.
Can I recover the data on this previous fat formatted partition ?

Does anybody have any ideas?

this is tricky... unplug the Hard dist and plug it into a windows machine...

FILERECOVERY is an excellent tool ! I have recovered all my missing files.
