recording streaming audio/video on fedora
Are there easy-to-install-and-use, free, downloadable packages for fedora 14 that record streaming video (from youtube, for instance) and audio (from internet radio, for instance)?
thanks in advance for any replies. i've tried audacity for audio, but it's not simple to use. |
You can use mplayer but it's no easier than anything else. Alternatively try using VLC.

Not sure how legal it is but there are plenty of web pages that offer that. Put in link on page and in a few seconds you get an mp3 or mp4. Can't really get much easier than that, may not be worth it to try an installed method.
