Recompiling PHP with mysql and gd in RHEL 5

Hi
Can someone help me how to recompile php with mysql and gd in RHEL 5. By default mysql and gd is not enabled on a fresh install.
I can't do it with yum install because i haven't register my system on RHN.
Is there any way how to do it manually.

Thanks

You can try installing CentOS RPM's. They should work identically.
