Recommendations for Best Linux FAT Checking Software?


Hi,

Appreciate recommendations for Linux software similar to Windows CHKDSK to repair damaged SD cards.

better to save data and reformat it.
use dd to make an image from that sd card and use testdisk on the image to recover files.

Have you tried fsck.vfat (part of dosfstools)?
