Recommendations?


Can anyone recommend a free version of Linux I can download and play with (possibly one that supports games if there is one around).

Would probably be easier to ask for one that you *can't* D/L freely or one you can't *play* with... Maybe check out these "what's my distro?" threads scattered all over LQ?

Or use this techdemo [1] that demonstrates that there are awesome games available for Linux...

It is actually a live cd like knoppix.
