Recognize E-Mail Trackers in KMail?
Hello!
I recieve emails over my free gmx-account with KMail in Debian 8. Are hidden Trackers that send a confirmation to the sender still effective that way? Could there even be malicious code in the E-mail Header? Regardless of that is there a way to scan recieved mails for hidden tracker-images? |
Disable html messages in kmail and I believe there is no way to add any sort of tracking to emails sent your way. If you are talking about a return receipt, then you can disable this in your email client settings. I do not use Kmail so I cannot help you disable it. A quick google search shows mixed results. You may want to poke around in the Kmail settings until you find it.
