Reboot/BIOS

What does it mean after a reboot and you run setup while in BIOS you notice date and time are correct and exit without saving.

Not sure what you mean by that. Must be a language thingy problem.
Is the cmos battery dying so that bios time is incorrect after sitting?

Other wise
reboot
time correct in bios
no need to use F10 to save any changes because time is correct in bios

What does it all mean? I don't know. That's for sure.

Howdy and Welcome though.

Nothing...

If you enter your BIOS Setup and make no changes or change some settings, and exit without saving, you have not changed anything in the BIOS

Hi! Lisa468 & Welcome to Linux Questions!

Read a little bit about BIOS when you have the time. It will help you to understand the setup and the settings.
Also; your motherboard book will help you to learn about your BIOS and each section to enter if need be.
