ok ok now ive got the duel boot showing up from xp even though ive just got xp on here but im still stuck on the linux partion...

unfortunatly xp still doesent load and the linux cds dont work either....

If you extracted them in Windows they won't run. They gotta be burned as a disc image. Go to http://www.nu2.nu and read up on it. They have a Windows version of cdrecord and a dll that burns excellent disks. It's Commandline.

well considering i cant burn it with nero could i use fireburner cos that can burn .iso
