Hi
im using mdk10 i installed real player10 i when i want to play a .dat file from my hdd it aint working its saying plugin missing ...........when i went to update real player it says its updated whats wrong how can i watch that .dat fille plz help

I've only (ever) been able to play .dat files on my HD with mplayer:
mplayer -vo xv filename.dat

Of course, you'd need to have that installed...
