Read Only File System Centos 5.4

Hello Everyone,

I've facing an issue with one of my critical servers & it has gone into the Read Only mode. I rebooted the server and ran the fsck command only and it started working fine.

But after a couple of 10 hours, its suddenly just stopped again and again showing the system is in Read Only mode so I did the above activity again and so fixing it coz I am unable to bear with more downtime. So I am looking for its perpanent fix and I want to work on the system to get rid of this issue because I've just now moved the critical applications to my another server.

Would really appreciate your opinions and comments about that!!
