Re-installaling grub

I formatted Windows partition and and reinstalled it for some reason. In the process I lost grub and I now need to reinstall it without re-installing Linux.
Am running Redhat 9 and Windows 2000
PS: I do not have boot diskettes for linux and my floppy drive is faulty so I can only boot from CDs.Help please.

Go in rescue-mode and type in the command prompt
Code:
grub-install 'your install device here'
Check man grub-install for more info.
