re-detect deleted hardware

Hi there,

i m new in linux world, need some help here.

i m having gnome on fedora 6 in my Toshiba Tecra notebook computer. before this thing happened, everything is working fine.

i accidently deleted the wireless connection and also the "Hardware" (in system->administration->network)for wireless adaptor (ipw2200). now, i cannt get the wifi connected.

i have done reboot but the wifi adaptor still cannt be detected.

when i do "lspci", i still can see the ipw2200 is in the list. is there any way to bring the wireless connection back?

[root@xxxxxx ~]# lspci

switch to root and run the command "neat". You should get a window with current network setup. You can add your wireless device from this window by clicking "New". Hope this helps.
