1) you have some error there, try to read some howto

2) you can not add the third drive to raid 1, try to read man mdadm
3) stop raid by mdadm command, or /etc/init.d/mdadm stop or /etc/init.d/raid stop, but it depends on your distro.
5) To view or to recover raid, you have to boot from some boot linux CD and after that you could mount only one partiton from raid or add next partition to raid.
