Quick Question - where to save aliases?

Hello!

I have Slackware 9.1 and running Fluxbox (latest stable)...

I searched around google for bash aliasing... but I don't really get a working answer.. I get ~/.bashrc and other such files that I don't have on my system...

could someone please tell me which file aliases are saved in on my system?

thanks!
