quick question

I have already had a lot of help from here, one question again pls

How can I insert my cdrom in /etc/fstab and /etc/mtab.

I figure out now that my cd is not playing because it is neither in the /etc/fstab list nor in the /etc/mtab list.

Thanks,

Do you mean that you deleted the actual /dev/cdrom. If so, since it is a link to /dev/hdc you can create it again using
Code:
ln -s /dev/hdc /dev/cdrom
Otherwise, can you re-phrase your question in English...
