Quick and easy FTP server distro?
 
I have an old box that I want to use as an FTP server and was wondering if there is a dedicated distro for just that? I've seen dedicated routers and firewalls along with PBX systems. Just something easy to install on some old hardware that isn't too complicated for a newbie.

You might be interested in FreeNAS. Certainly more than just an FTP server, but it is well supported and pretty easy to handle.
