I would like to know what each column means,

BASE0 0xebe00000 addr 0xebe00000 MEM

0xebe00000 and 0xebe0000 are start address and end address? Which one is start addr and end addr or length?

I could not find any description about this in google.

They are hexadecimal memory addresses. These are of some use to programmers, and for troubleshooting. If you don't understand memory addressing, you don't need to understand what these addresses mean, other than a pointer to a memory location.
