Query related to Linux thin clients

Hello Friends,
I work as admin for a s/w development firm. We work on Ubuntu platform. I wish to know the possibilities of utilizing an Ubuntu ltsp server with 10-12 ltsp clients for our training purposes.

I wish someone could help me with how to go about with this. Please suggest me the configuration what an Ubuntu ltsp server will expect its client to be..
I tried to find out with my limited resources, but in vain.

Seeking your help.

Thank you.
