Qt library problem

i faced some problem on compiling a program, during the "make" process, some statements
appeared saying that :

/usr/lib/qt-3.1/include/qvaluelist.h:48: iterator: No such file or directory
/usr/lib/qt-3.1/include/qvaluelist.h:49: list: No such file or directory
/usr/lib/qt-3.1/include/qmap.h:51: map: No such file or directory

may i know what 's wrong with this? thanks in advance
