Qmail SMTP


smtp not working on Centos i.e

telnet x.x.x.x 25
Trying x.x.x.x...
telnet: connect to address 118.107.138.245: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused


tell me what to do ...

Obviously qmail is not running. You might take a look at system logs to see if you get something.
Also try to start it and see what happens:
