Unhappy qmail group mailing


i have installed Qmail,vpopmail,courier imap,mysql
i have selected mailbox as Maildir
my qmail working ok. i used to add user through vpopmail admin tool. which is not creating any user under /home. i dont know where my user mailbox reside.BECAUSE IF u create id with vpopmail it wont create regular user no no home directory under /Home.
I have used mysql backend for vpopmail. if i want to backup my users mail how can i do it

My another problem is i want to create group which may contain more than one user in it. How to do it with my setup

pls urgent........................................
