PXE-Boot Error?

I have a Management Server and few Clients. My Mangament Server is intelligent enough to do a Server Provisioning but before that I need those few clients to get booted from the Server.
I did pressed F12 for PXE-BOOT through HP-ILO on the client and checked the output on The Server.
It Says:

Code:
Srver# tcpdump -i eth0 port 67 or port 68 or port 69

tcpdump: listening on eth0
