Smile Puppy - My First Time - WLAN

Hello to everybody from Germany!!! Just for fun I have just burnt and booted Puppy, even WLAN is working, but I wonder why I have 2 (TWO) icons on the taskbar picturing a network connection? One is named ath0, the other is wifi0... Maybe I did something wrong when configuring? Sometimes both are green, sometimes only one is... What's going on here? Thanks for helping a Puppy-enthusiast-to-be, lionesse

Is it a laptop? If you have a built in wifi card I'd say when wifi is green you are receiving a signal from a wireless network.

Ich würde sagen dass Eth0 ist deine Ethernet Karte mit dem RJ45 stecker, und wlan0 oder wifi0 ist der wireless (Radiowellen Netzwerk).
Du kannst dein Ethernet ausscgalten wen du immer Drahtlos gehst.

entschuldige mein schlechtes Deutsch.
