ps/2 keyboard

Hi

i have fedora11 on my box and i have an issue.
When i turn it on it goes to grub menu and ps/2 keyboard works perfectly ok (so does usb keyboard).

However when i get to login screen ps/2 keyboard stops working (USB still works)

I need to make ps/2 one work so pls no posts like "just use/buy USB keyboard"

Well, when you don't provide any information, what else can we say? You don't post anything from your X logs, system logs, or give any information about the hardware. And honestly, PS/2 keyboards are old, and getting harder to find...using USB is the better way to go.

You mention two keyboards, do you have both plugged in at the same time?

FWIW, the OP probably needs to add an entry or two to the xorg.conf file to have both keyboards work at the same time. This is what I did to get my USB kbd and a PS/2 kbd to both work simultaneously on my 'puter. IIRC, an entry in the <ServerLayout> section, giving the kbd a name, and a <inputdevice> section giving the kbd some defining features, and finally the "AlwaysCore" option somewhere (IIRC in the <ServerLayout> entry) so that both kbd's are read and acted upon.

A few minutes with Google will probably return the exact syntax & placement of these options I mention, to get multiple input devices (of whatever type) to work at the same time.
