Proxy Server With firewall
 
please can anybody tell me how to implement proxy server with firewall

and the client users should be authinticated by asking username & password while opening their web browsers

and finally i want to see the websites visted list of all the client computers

Yes, you install Squid, set up iptables, and install one of the many Squid reporting tools, that are listed on their site. Google can point you to all of this.
