Proliant 2500 Disk Drive detection error - Question

Sorry that my first post is a question, but....i need help :-(

I have a PL2500 w/96M ram, single 200 processor, 5ea 9.1G HDD and an attempting to install Red Hat 7.2.

Initially, I had the "Not eough RAM" issue, but got past this by using the mem=96M option. However, I now get a "No valid devices were found on which to create new filesystems" when I attempt to install. I have configured the drives from Smartstart with RAID5 and selected that I will be installing Linux. Any help would be apreciated as I have been working this issue for the last 6 hours.

I did also try the text dd mem=64M and used a floppy I created using the drvblok.img file from the CD.

I'm getting the exact same error using a Proliant 1500... Been working on it off and on for a couple weeks now. I know this has been unanswered for about 8 months, but can anyone help?
