Programs installed???

I installed RedHat 9 last night, and I want to start to learn programming languages that run on linux, Does anyone know which languages I have installed on my computer that came with the installation of RH9?? If i do have any installed I can not seem to find them or the packages to install them if they are not installed.

thanks tuul

With redhat 9 you will need to have installed the development tools packages. You cold try running a few of the following commands to see if they have been installed
gcc
cc
perl
php
python

At a minimum you will definately have bash.

Try opening up a terminal and type the commands at the bash prompt.
