Lightbulb ProFTPD over SSH

Hello.

I am quite new to linux adminstration stuff (I have some background on using + configure a linux system, but I am still learning ) and I would like some help please:
I have a slackware 10.1 distro installed on my system. I started up a proftpd ftp daemon (via inetd) and a ssh daemon. What I want to do is to enable file transfer like ProFTPD, but only in a secure mode over ssh.

Please advise on how to do that (any links that you think can help are welcome)

Thanks in advance.

You don't need to use proftpd in this case.. just use sftp which is part of ssh.. or you can use scp or rsync if your just wanting to copy files back and forth, etc.
