ProFTPd - Login Incorrect

I installed ProFTPd v1.2.10 and I added a new user and set its password.

Now when I'm trying to login to this user via FTP it tells me Login Incorrect...

I'm 100% sure that the info I gave it right !!!

Add this line at the first line of the proftpd.conf-file
Code:

DefaultRoot ~
And also, make sure that your user ARE NOT listed in /etc/ftpusers, because these users are NOT allowed to connect.
